Yes. Although we don't create databases from scratch, we do support MySQL and will be happy to help you set up your MySQL database when you open your account.
|Do you support custom scripts?|
Yes, but on an extremely limited basis. Please feel free to e-mail a request for any custom script you'd like to use. Permission cannot be guaranteed, but we are always willing to allow a new script if it meets our security and use standards.

No. Although we provide comprehensive support for our resellers, we do not support reseller clients directly. If an issue falls within the purview of your reseller account support, we will be happy to help you with it.
