Do you offer a money back guarantee?

Yes, we do. All Hostito web hosting plans come with a 15-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason during these first 15 days, you are entitled to a full refund.

Note: Domain names registered under our free domain name offer are not covered by this guarantee. To prevent abuse, a minimal charge of $9.95 is applied for domain name registration when a refund is requested.

When does my "first 15 days" start?

The 15-day time period begins the moment you sign up. If cancellation notice is given, accounts are generally refunded within 24 hours.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. We do our best to give fair notice of all charges well in advance, and there are no hidden account maintenance or extra payments applied other than the set monthly fee for each account.

How will I be billed?

When you sign up with us, you will be asked to choose a plan and billing cycle. Your credit card will be charged and your account will be automatically renewed unless we receive notice from you in writing that you wish to cancel. E-mail is considered fair notice; phone calls are not.

Can I order even though I do not live in the US?

Yes. If you have a valid credit card, you can host with us no matter where in the world you are located. As an additional courtesy, we are pleased to provide phone support in Spanish and e-mail support in Spanish and Japanese.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JBC) or checks via conventional mail. If you elect to order by check, we will set up your account within the same business day that your letter arrives. Click here for our mailing address.

What shows up on my credit card statement when I pay via credit card?

A charge for "HOSTITO.COM" will appear on your statement. If you ever have any questions about a charge, please contact us immediately.

How will I know when my service period expires?

We will send you an e-mail reminder and invoice at least one week prior to your account being due.

How do I renew or cancel my account?

All web hosting, reseller hosting, and e-mail only services are considered active and are renewed automatically at your chosen billing cycle. To cancel, simply write or e-mail us with a cancellation request and your account will be terminated upon verification of your identity.

Payments can be made monthly, quarterly, biannually, annually, or every 2 years. You can change your billing cycle at any time by sending us an e-mail request, accessing your account control panel online, or contacting us directly at 1-888-HOSTITO.
